 IEA forecasts global nickel demand will rise 69% and almost double by 2050 from 2024 levels. Indonesia, home to the world's largest reserves, is expected to, increase its share of mined production to 74% from 64% and processed output to from 43% to 46% by 2040. Whether Indonesia will realise its potential is left be seen. Trading Post isn’t hopefully while Prabowo remains in office
