Trump’s tariff war and escalating political risks are keeping markets on their toes even as the year-end approaches. Ignore Trump’s headline grabbing proclamations. If US stock markets correct, and they look ripe for one, buy on dip.  If there is a worry, it’s the collapse of Germany’s coalition government and the ousting of French Prime Minister Barnier. Syria regime change is a non-event while Korea’s soap opera constitutional crisis will pass.
